WHAT I DO

I have recently completed a PhD on the value of a publicly funded grants programme for popular musicians, and I am ready to apply my critical and creative mind, knowledge of research and experience in the impact sphere to help organisations plan, evaluate and demonstrate their impact.

I have worked with organisations like PRS Foundation, Festival Republic and Insight for Good and conducted research on the Arts Council England. I bring a number of key skills to the table:

  • Talented researcher with practical and academic experience in qualitative and mixed methods research.
  • Qualitative expert in in-depth and semi-structured interviews, observations and document analysis.
  • Experience designing and administering surveys and impact evaluations for musicians, students and segments of the public.
  • Knowledge of different impact evaluation frameworks and evaluation processes for the arts and social businesses.
  • Able to lead through strategic planning and have chaired meetings and facilitated funding panels.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly through presentations and reports to diverse audiences.
  • Internationally experienced with degrees in sociology, human geography and creative industries from the U.S. and UK.
